QUICK LESSONS:
Think carefully before making decisions , Reconcile differences between couples .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains the Islamic practice of divorce known as ‘Sunnah divorce’. It states that a husband should only divorce his wife when she is in a state of purity or taharah, meaning she is not menstruating and has not had sexual intercourse with him. This shows that Islam encourages couples to think carefully before making such an important decision as it can have long-term consequences for both parties involved. The Prophet Muhammad also taught that if a couple can reconcile their differences then they should do so instead of opting for divorce straight away.
