QUICK LESSONS:
Get married if you can afford it; fast if you cannot; obey Allah SWT's commands; follow the teachings of Prophet Muhammad PBUH .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised his followers to get married if they are able to do so. He said that marriage is a way of restraining oneself from committing sins or wrongdoings. For those who cannot afford marriage, fasting is an alternative form of restraint. This hadith teaches us the importance of self-control in our lives and how we should strive for it through marriage or fasting if we are unable to do so otherwise. It also encourages us to be mindful of our actions and think twice before doing something that may be considered wrong or sinful in the eyes of Allah SWT.
