Starting with What Allah Started

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) started his journey to As-Safa with the same words that Allah began with.

It was narrated that Jabir said: "When he went tout the Masjid heading for As-Safa, I heard the Messenger of Allah say: We will start with that with which Allah started'."
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ حِينَ خَرَجَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ الصَّفَا وَهُوَ يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ نَبْدَأُ بِمَا بَدَأَ اللَّهُ بِهِ

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Jabir tells us about the journey of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to As-Safa. He started his journey by saying the same words that Allah began with. We should remember to ask for His help and guidance before beginning anything so that we can be successful in our endeavors.
