The Talbiyah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

SUMMARY: The hadith is about the Talbiyah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) which includes praising Allah and acknowledging that He has no partner.

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Masud said: "Part of the Talbiyah of the Messenger of Allah was 'Labbaika Allahumma labbbaik, Labbaika la sharika laka labbaik, Innal-hamda wan-ni'mata laka wal-mulk, (Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am, You have no partner, here I am. Verily all praise and blessings are Yours)"
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ كَانَ مِنْ تَلْبِيَةِ النَّبِيِّ ‏ "‏ لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ لَبَّيْكَ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ

This hadith narrates the words of Prophet Muhammad's talbiyah which is a prayer said during Hajj and Umrah. It includes praising Allah and acknowledging that He has no partner.
