Taking Wealth Without Greed

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught that wealth should not be taken with greed, as it will not be blessed. He also taught that the upper hand is better than the lower hand.

It was narrated that Hakim bin Hizam said: "I asked the Messenger of Allah and he gave me, then I asked him and he gave me, then I asked him and he gave me. Then he said: 'O Kahim! This wealth is attractive and sweet. Whoever takes it without being greedy, it will be blessed for him, and whoever takes it with avarice, it will not be blessed for him. He is like one who eats and is not satisfied. And the upper hand is better than the lower hand"'.

QUICK LESSONS:
Take without being greedy so it can be blessed
EXPLANATIONS:
In this hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) teaches us about taking wealth without greed. He explains that if we take wealth without being greedy, it will be blessed for us and if we take it with avarice, it will not be blessed for us. He compares someone who takes wealth with greed to someone who eats but is never satisfied. Additionally, he teaches us that the upper hand is better than the lower hand when taking or giving something away. This means that when you are giving something away or receiving something from someone else, you should always give more than you receive and receive less than you give in order to show generosity and kindness towards others.
