Increase worship during this blessed month and take advantage of its spiritual benefits; practice fasting regularly; fulfill obligations as Muslims consistently; do not become complacent or neglectful when it comes to fulfilling religious duties .

The hadith narrated by Aisha bint Abu Bakr states that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to fast intermittently throughout the year, but he would fast more often in the month of Shaban.
