EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the difference between fasting in Islam and other religions. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught that one of the differences between Muslim fasting and that of people from other religions is eating Sahur, which is a meal eaten before dawn during Ramadan. Eating Sahur is an important part of Muslim fasting as it helps to provide energy for a full day without food or drink. This hadith teaches us to be mindful and aware of our religious practices, as well as those practiced by others, so we can appreciate our own faith more deeply. It also encourages us to be respectful towards those who practice different faiths than ours.
