Pray four Rak'ahs before Zuhr and four after it .

This hadith is about the power of prayer and its ability to protect us from the Fire. It was narrated by Umm Habibah that Prophet Muhammad used to say that whoever prays four rak’ahs before Zuhr and four after, Allah will forbid them from the Fire. A rak’ah is a unit of prayer consisting of standing, bowing, prostrating and sitting in between each position. By praying these eight rak’ahs daily we can be sure that Allah will protect us from His punishment in the hereafter. This hadith also teaches us to be consistent with our prayers as it encourages us to pray regularly at specific times throughout the day.
