Focus on your prayers ,Recite Qur'an with proper pronunciation & understanding .

The hadith narrated by 'Ali states that the Prophet Muhammad forbade him from reciting the Quran while bowing or prostrating during prayer. This is because when one is in a state of prostration and bowing, they should be focusing on their prayer and not on anything else. It is important to remember that when we are praying, we should be focused on our prayers and not distracted by anything else. We should also remember to recite the verses of the Quran with proper pronunciation and understanding so that we can gain maximum benefit from it.

The Prophet Muhammad taught us to focus on our prayers and not get distracted by other things such as reciting verses of the Quran while in a state of prostration or bowing during prayer. This teaches us to stay focused on what matters most - our relationship with Allah - even when we are in a state of worshiping Him through prayer.
