This hadith is about the importance of prostration in Islam. He put his hand on his forehead and moved it down to his nose as a sign for one thing. This hadith emphasizes the importance of prostration in Islam which is an act of worship towards Allah Almighty. It also teaches us that we should not be careless while performing salat by tucking up our hair or garments as it can distract us from focusing on our prayer.
