EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about how to perform salat or prayer. Salat is an important part of a Muslim's life and it is one of the five pillars of Islam. In this hadith, we learn that when performing salat we must prostrate on seven bones - our forehead, nose, hands, knees and the ends of our feet. This shows us that when we pray we should be humble and devoted to Allah as He has commanded us to do so in this way. We should also remember that prayer is not just about physical movements but also about spiritual connection with Allah.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us how to perform salat correctly so that we can gain maximum benefit from it both spiritually and physically. He showed us how important it is for us to be humble before Allah by prostrating on these seven bones during prayer time. By doing this regularly with sincerity and devotion we can strengthen our relationship with Allah and become closer to Him through prayer.
