QUICK LESSONS:
Avoid praying during sunrise or sunset .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that it is not recommended to pray when the sun is rising or setting. This means that we should avoid praying during these times, as it can be difficult to focus on prayer while the sun is so bright. We should also remember that prayer should be done with intention and concentration, so if we are distracted by the brightness of the sun then our prayers may not be accepted. Additionally, this hadith teaches us about respecting Allah's creation and being mindful of how we interact with it. We must remember that Allah has created everything in perfect balance and harmony, so we must respect His creation by avoiding activities such as praying during sunrise or sunset which could disrupt this balance.
