Pray regularly before sunrise & sunset .

This hadith is about the importance of prayer in Islam. It was narrated by Abu Bakr bin 'Umarah bin Ruwaibah Ath-Thaqafi that his father heard the Messenger of Allah say that whoever prays before sunrise and before sunset will never enter the Fire. This means that if a person prays at these two times every day, they will be protected from punishment in Hellfire. The Prophet Muhammad is teaching us here to make sure we pray regularly so we can stay away from sin and be rewarded for our good deeds in this life and the hereafter.

The Prophet Muhammad also taught us to be mindful of our time and use it wisely by praying at these two times every day as it is a great way to stay connected with Allah Almighty.
