EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Anas states that it is permissible for a person to take a nap during their prayer if they feel drowsy. This shows the importance of rest and relaxation in Islam as it allows people to take breaks when needed. It also emphasizes the importance of being mindful and aware of one's own physical needs while engaging in religious activities. Additionally, this hadith teaches us that we should not be too hard on ourselves when it comes to fulfilling our religious obligations; rather, we should be kind and understanding towards ourselves so that we can better serve Allah.
