This hadith is about the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) regarding cleaning menstrual blood from clothes. A woman asked him how to do this and he instructed her to scratch it off first, then rub it with water and sprinkle water over it. He also said that she could pray in the same clothes afterwards.
