QUICK LESSONS:
Accepting one's body and understanding natural processes like menstrual cycles should not be shamed or embarrassed about .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of accepting and understanding menstruation as a natural process for women. It was narrated by 'Aishah who said that the Messenger of Allah asked her for a mat from the Masjid while she was menstruating. She told him she was on her period and he replied saying that her period wasn't in her hands. This teaches us to accept our bodies and understand that it's natural to have periods, so there's no need to feel ashamed or embarrassed about it. We should also remember that we are all equal in front of Allah regardless of our gender or physical state.
