The Dignity of Allah

SUMMARY: Allah is the most dignified and honorable.

Asma' reported that Allah's Apostle said: There is none more self-respecting than Allah, the Exalted and Glorious.
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏ "‏ لاَ شَىْءَ أَغْيَرُ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ
