Sahih Muslim 2636b (Book 45, Hadith 200) #13778
Protection from Hell-Fire

SUMMARY: A woman came to the Prophet (PBUH) with her ailing child and he said that their sad demise would be a protection against Hell-Fire for her.

Abu Huraira reported that a woman came to Allah's Apostle with her child and said: Allah's Messenger, he is ailing, and I am afraid (that he may die), as I have already buried three. Thereupon he said: It (their sad demise) would be a protection against Hell-Fire for you. Zuhair has not mentioned the kunya of Abu Ghiyath; he has mentioned his name.

QUICK LESSONS:
Have patience during difficult times; remember that Allah SWT is always watching over you and will reward you for your faithfulness.

EXPLANATIONS:
A woman came to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) with her ailing child and expressed fear that she may have to bury another one of her children, as she had already buried three. The Prophet's response was that if this were to happen, it would be a protection against Hell-Fire for her. This hadith teaches us about the importance of patience in times of difficulty and sadness, as well as the mercy of Allah SWT in providing us with rewards even in our most difficult moments. It also serves as an example of how we should respond when faced with similar situations; instead of feeling overwhelmed by grief or despair, we should remember that Allah SWT is always watching over us and will reward us for our patience and faithfulness.
