EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of forgiveness and reconciliation between believers. Every Monday and Thursday, the deeds of people are presented to Allah, and He grants pardon to all believers except those who have animosity towards their brothers or sisters in faith. This hadith teaches us that we should strive for peace with our fellow Muslims, even if we have disagreements with them. We should not let our anger get in the way of our relationship with them as this could lead to us being denied forgiveness from Allah. Furthermore, it is important for us to make an effort to reconcile any differences that may exist between ourselves and other Muslims so that we can benefit from Allah's mercy on these days when He grants His forgiveness.
