Sahih Muslim 2137a (Book 38, Hadith 16) #12694
The Most Beloved Phrases to Allah

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) taught us that the most beloved phrases to Allah are four, and warned us not to give certain names to our servants.

Samura b. Jundub reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said "The dearest phrases to Allah are four: Subhan Allah (Hallowed be Allah), Al-Hamdulillah (Praise be to Allah), La ilaha illa-Allah (There is no deity but Allah), Allahu Akbar (Allah is Greater). There is no harm for you in which of them begin with (while remembering Allah). And do not give these names to your servants: Yasar and Rabah and Najih and Aflah.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the most beloved phrases to God according to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He said that these four phrases are the dearest ones; Subhanallah which means Hallowed be God, Alhamdulillah which means Praise be to God, La ilaha illa-Allah which means There is no deity but God and Allhu Akbar which means God is Greater. He also warned us not give certain names such as Yasar, Rabah, Najih and Aflah for our servants or slaves.
