Be mindful of our actions and be careful not to indulge too much in worldly pleasures. Do good deeds and help others instead so we can gain rewards in the hereafter.

This hadith is about how Allah's Messenger warned against wearing luxurious garments, such as those made from silk or brocade, as they will not bring any benefit in the Hereafter. He was presented with a striped silk garment and he sent it to Umar, but clarified that he sent it so Umar could benefit from it in this world rather than for him to wear it.
