QUICK LESSONS:
Eat moderately and consciously according to your needs

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith emphasizes the importance of moderation when it comes to eating. It is reported that Allah's Messenger said that a non-Muslim eats in seven intestines whereas a Muslim eats in one intestine. This means that non-Muslims tend to overeat, while Muslims should practice moderation and eat only what they need. Overeating can lead to health problems, so it is important for Muslims to be mindful of how much they are consuming and not overindulge. The Prophet's advice encourages us to be conscious of our eating habits and strive for balance when it comes to food consumption.
