The Power of Dates

SUMMARY: Eating dates can help prevent hunger.

'A'isha reported Allah's Messenger as saying: A family which has dates will not be hungry.
حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدَّارِمِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ، بْنُ بِلاَلٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ قَالَ ‏ "‏ لاَ يَجُوعُ أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ عِنْدَهُمُ التَّمْرُ
