Show hospitality & generosity when inviting people over or hosting them

This hadith is about the appreciation of the Prophet Muhammad for pumpkin. It was reported by Anas b. Malik that a tailor invited the Prophet to a feast, and afterwards, he tried to include pumpkin in his meals as an addition to it. This shows us how much he appreciated this food item and how it was important enough for him to remember it even after such a long time had passed since he was invited by the tailor. Furthermore, this hadith also teaches us about hospitality and generosity; not only did the tailor invite him over but also prepared food for him with love and care which is something we should all strive towards doing when inviting people over or hosting them in any way possible.
