Be mindful of your consumption; Do not waste food; Give away what you don't need; Share with those who are in need

This hadith is about how the Prophet Muhammad drank a beverage called nabidh from a waterskin on Monday and Tuesday until the afternoon. Any leftover drink was either given to his servant or poured out. This hadith teaches us that we should not waste food, even if it is something small like a few drops of drink, as it can be used by someone else who needs it more than us. We should also be mindful of our consumption and not take more than what we need, as this will help us become better stewards of our resources. Additionally, this hadith shows us that even though the Prophet Muhammad was an important figure in society, he still lived simply and did not indulge in excesses like wasting food or taking too much for himself when others were in need.
