Prohibiting the Mixing of Grapes and Dates

SUMMARY: Allah's Messenger prohibited the mixing of grapes and dates.

Jabir b. 'Abdullah al-Ansari reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace upon him) prohibited the mixing of grapes and fresh dates, and dry dates and fresh dates.
حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الأَنْصَارِيُّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ نَهَى أَنْ يُخْلَطَ الزَّبِيبُ وَالتَّمْرُ وَالْبُسْرُ وَالتَّمْرُ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about Allah's Messenger prohibiting the mixing of grapes and dates. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that it is not permissible to mix grapes with fresh or dry dates, as this combination is considered to be unhealthy for our bodies. He wanted us to take care of our health by avoiding such combinations, as it can cause harm in the long run.
