This hadith is about the distribution of spoils according to horsemanship. It was narrated by Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, allowed two shares from the spoils for those who rode horses and one share for those who walked on foot. This means that those who rode horses were given more than those who walked on foot in terms of their share from the spoils. This hadith teaches us that we should reward people based on their efforts and contributions, regardless if they are riding a horse or walking on foot.
