Sahih Muslim 1760a (Book 32, Hadith 64) #11692
Legacy of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) declared that his heirs cannot share any of his legacy, and whatever is left after providing maintenance allowance to his wives and remuneration to his manager should be given in charity.

It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah said: My heirs cannot share even a dinar (from my legacy) ; what I leave behind after paving maintenance allowance to my wives and remuneration to my manager is (to go in) charity.
