QUICK LESSONS:
Fast for three days each month; Offer the Duha Prayer; Offer Witr Prayer before sleeping; Stay devoted & faithful towards Allah's commands; Perform acts of worship regularly & consistently .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad advised his friend Abu Huraira to do three things until he dies. These are fasting for three days each month, offering the Duha prayer, and offering witr before sleeping. Fasting is a form of worship in Islam where one abstains from food and drink from dawn until sunset. It is believed that fasting helps one become closer to Allah by controlling their desires and strengthening their faith. The Duha prayer is a voluntary prayer offered after sunrise but before noon while witr is an optional night prayer offered after Isha’a but before Fajr. Both prayers are important acts of worship that help Muslims stay connected with Allah throughout the day and night. This hadith teaches us that we should strive to perform these acts of worship regularly as they will bring us closer to Allah even after death.
