Have your will written down in case something happens to you .

This hadith emphasizes the importance of writing down one's will in case something happens to them. It was narrated by Salim, who reported on the authority of his father ('Abdullah b. Umar). 'Abdullah b. 'Umar said that he heard Allah's Messenger say that it is not proper for a Muslim who has something to bequeath to spend even three nights without having their will written down with them regarding it. He also said that ever since he heard this from Allah's Messenger, he has not spent a night without having his will written along with him. This hadith teaches us the importance of being prepared and taking responsibility for our actions and possessions before anything unexpected happens. We should make sure we have our wills written down so that our wishes are respected after we pass away or if anything unexpected were to happen to us while we are still alive.
