Follow religious rules & regulations while sacrificing an animal; Perform acts with sincerity & dedication; Worship God properly; Weave garlands for sacrificial animals if possible.

This hadith speaks about the importance of following rituals when sacrificing an animal. It is narrated by Masruq who heard it from 'A'isha that she used to weave garlands for the sacrificial animals of Allah's Messenger with her own hands and then he sent them to Mecca. He followed all the rituals which a Muhritn avoids until his animal was sacrificed. This shows us that we should follow all religious rules and regulations when sacrificing an animal as it is an act of worship in Islam. We should also take care to perform our acts with sincerity and dedication as this will bring us closer to Allah SWT.
