Follow what Prophet Muhammad did in his lifetime ; set an example by following these teachings ourselves first before asking others to do so too ; be mindful when discussing religious matters or any other topics with one another without getting into arguments or fights over them .

This hadith is about two companions of Prophet Muhammad, Ali and Uthman, who met at Usfan. Uthman was forbidding people from performing Tamattu’ and ‘Umra during the period of Hajj. However, Ali reminded him that the Messenger of Allah had done it himself in his lifetime. As a result, they both put on Ihram for both Hajj and ‘Umra together as an example to others to follow suit.
