QUICK LESSONS:
Respect for holy places, following Prophet Muhammad's footsteps, striving to be good Muslims at all times

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of raising one's hands when seeing the House of Allah, also known as Ka’bah. It is narrated by Al-Muhajir Al-Makki and Jabir bin Abdulla who were asked about a man raising his hands when he sees the House (Ka’bah). They replied that they had done Hajj with the Messenger of Allah and had done it. This shows us how important it is to raise our hands in prayer whenever we see or visit any holy place like Masjid al Haram or Masjid al Nabawi. It also teaches us to follow in Prophet Muhammad's footsteps and do what he did during his lifetime. We should always remember that our actions are being watched by Allah so we should strive to be good Muslims at all times.
