EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and his appearance while in a state of Ihram. In this hadith, 'A'isha describes how she could still see the glistening of perfume where the hair was parted on Allah's Messenger's head. This shows that even when in a state of spiritual purity and devotion to God, it was still important for Muslims to take care of their physical appearance. It also shows that Muslims should strive to maintain an outwardly pleasing appearance as well as an inwardly pure heart. Furthermore, this hadith serves as an example for Muslims to follow in terms of taking care of their physical hygiene and grooming habits even during times when they are spiritually devoted to God.
