Follow rules & regulations while performing religious rituals

This hadith explains what a muhrim should wear when performing Hajj or Umrah. A muhrim is someone who is in a state of consecration and has to follow certain rules and regulations while performing Hajj or Umrah. According to this hadith, a muhrim should not wear any shirt, turban, cap, trousers or cloth touched with wars or saffron. They also cannot wear stockings unless they do not have any other option available for footwear. In such cases, they must trim their stockings so that it does not go above their ankles.
