Seclude oneself in a mosque for spiritual contemplation & prayer during last 10 days of Ramdan

During the month of Ramadan, Muslims fast from dawn to sunset as an act of worship and devotion to Allah. It is also a time for spiritual reflection and growth. One way that Muslims can further deepen their connection with Allah during this blessed month is by observing i'tikaf in the last ten days of Ramadan. I'tikaf is a form of retreat where one secludes themselves in a mosque for spiritual contemplation and prayer. Abdullah b. Umar reported that the Prophet Muhammad used to observe i'tikaf in the last ten days of Ramadan; he even showed Nafi' where he would perform it within the mosque itself! This hadith serves as an example for us today on how we can use our time during this special month to draw closer to Allah through acts such as i'tikafto reap its many rewards both spiritually and physically!
