QUICK LESSONS:
Fast during Ramadan
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) teaches us that fasting is a form of protection. It serves as a shield against bad deeds and wrongdoings. When we fast, we are more mindful of our actions and words because we are aware that Allah is watching us. We become more conscious about our behavior and strive to do good deeds in order to please Allah. Additionally, fasting helps us to stay away from bad habits such as overeating or overindulging in unhealthy activities like smoking or drinking alcohol. By abstaining from these things during Ramadan, we can protect ourselves from harm and lead healthier lives overall.
