Respond positively when called upon for charity; Give whatever resources you have available; Donate from a place of sincerity and devotion towards Allah SWT .

This hadith is about the importance of giving charity, or sadaqah. It was narrated by Ibn 'Abbas that once the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) went out with Bilal and preached to a group of women. He asked them to give alms, which are donations given for charitable purposes. The women responded positively and donated their jewelry such as earrings and rings which Bilal collected in his garment. This hadith teaches us that when we are called upon for charity, we should respond positively with whatever resources we have available.
