QUICK LESSONS:
Show love & affection towards your spouse while fasting
EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by 'A'isha states that it is permissible to kiss one's spouse while fasting. This means that even though a person is abstaining from food and drink during the day in Ramadan or any other fast, they are still allowed to show affection towards their partner through kissing. This shows that Islam does not only focus on physical abstinence but also encourages people to maintain strong relationships with their spouses and express love for them in all ways possible. Furthermore, this hadith also teaches us the importance of moderation when it comes to expressing love and affection as we should not go beyond what is allowed in Islam.
