Strive for self-control in all aspects of life so you can remain true to your faith and values no matter what situation you are in.

This hadith speaks of the great control that the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, had over his desires even when he was fasting. He was able to kiss his wives while still maintaining a level of self-control and restraint. This teaches us that it is possible to have control over our desires even in difficult situations such as during fasting or other times of hardship.
