QUICK LESSONS:
Show respect towards your spouse by showing affectionate love even during times of worship/fasting .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet kissing one of his wives while he was fasting. 'A'isha, who was a wife of the Prophet, narrated this story and smiled when she did so. This hadith teaches us that even though we are fasting, it is still permissible to show affection to our spouses in a respectful manner. It also shows us that it is okay to be happy and smile when we remember good memories or stories from our past.

The Prophet's example serves as an important reminder for us to stay connected with our loved ones during Ramadan and other times of worship, even if we are not able to physically be together due to social distancing measures or other reasons. We can still show love through kind words, gestures, or acts of service such as cooking meals for them or helping out with chores around the house.
