Strive for justice and fairness in our dealings with others; practice what you preach instead of just talking about it without taking any action yourself; sacrifice something for yourself if needed; go against popular opinion or beliefs if necessary .

This hadith speaks to the importance of justice and fairness in our lives. It was narrated by Jabir b. Abdullah, who reported that a person came to the Messenger of Allah at Jirana on his way back from Hunain, and there was some silver in Bilal's clothes. The Prophet took a handful out of that and gave it away to people around him, but the man said "Muhammad do justice". Umar b Khattab then suggested killing this hypocrite, but the Prophet refused saying that people would think he kills his companions if he did so. He then went on to explain how some people recite Quran but it does not go beyond their throat as an arrow goes through its prey. This hadith teaches us that we must always strive for justice and fairness in our dealings with others, even if it means sacrificing something for ourselves or going against popular opinion or beliefs.
