Prayer on the Day of 'Id ul Fitr

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) offered a two rak'at prayer on the Day of 'Id ul Fitr and Bilal was accompanying him.

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: The Prophet went out and offered a two rak'at prayer on the Day of 'Id ul Fitr and did not offer any other prayer before or after it and at that time Bilal was accompanying him.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَدِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ خَرَجَ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ، فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ لَمْ يُصَلِّ قَبْلَهَا وَلاَ بَعْدَهَا وَمَعَهُ بِلاَلٌ‏.‏
