Celebrating During Days of Mina

SUMMARY: The hadith is about the Prophet (ﷺ) allowing people to celebrate and enjoy themselves during the days of Mina, which are days of 'Id.

Narrated 'Urwa on the authority of 'Aisha: On the days of Mina, (11th, 12th, and 13th of Dhul-Hijjah) Abu Bakr came to her while two young girls were beating the tambourine and the Prophet was lying covered with his clothes. EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about how it is permissible to celebrate and enjoy oneself during the days of Mina, which are also known as the days of ‘Id. These are special occasions that occur in Islamic culture where people come together to celebrate and rejoice in their faith. In this particular instance, Abu Bakr scolded two young girls who were playing a tambourine while Prophet Muhammad was lying covered with his clothes. However, he then uncovered his face and told Abu Bakr to leave them be because these were special occasions for celebration. Additionally, Umar scolded some black slaves who were displaying themselves in a Mosque but again Prophet Muhammad told him to leave them be because they were safe from any harm or danger. This hadith teaches us that we should not stop others from celebrating or enjoying themselves during special occasions such as Eid or other religious holidays as long as they do not cause any harm or danger to anyone else around them.
