Seek your partner's consent before taking any action related to them or their property; Spend your partner's earnings with their approval; Remain obedient towards your partner in marriage; Respect and understand each other within marriage; Follow mutual consent within marriage.

This hadith is about marriage and obedience between spouses. It teaches us that a wife should not observe fast when her husband is present in the house without his permission, nor should she admit any mahram into their home unless given consent by her husband. Furthermore, whatever she spends from her husband's earnings without his approval will still be rewarded with half the amount of reward for it. This hadith emphasizes on mutual respect and understanding between spouses as well as encourages wives to seek their husbands’ approval before taking any action related to them or their property. It also shows us that Allah rewards even those deeds which are done out of obedience towards one’s spouse, thus encouraging us to remain obedient towards our partners in marriage.
