Sahih Muslim 1010 (Book 12, Hadith 73) #9472
The Angels Who Visit Every Morning

SUMMARY: Allah sends two angels to visit people every morning, one of them encourages people to spend in the way of Allah and the other discourages people from being stingy.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger as saying: There is never a day wherein servants (of God) get up at morn, but are not visited by two angels. One of them says: 0 Allah, give him more who spends (for the sake of Allah), and the other says: 0 Allah, bring destruction to one who withholds.

QUICK LESSONS:
Spend generously in the way of Allah , Help those who are needy , Invest your resources into something beneficial for society .

EXPLANATIONS:
Every morning, two angels are sent by Allah to visit us. One angel encourages us to spend in the way of Allah and reminds us that spending for His sake is a great act of worship. The other angel discourages us from being stingy and withholding our wealth from those who need it. This hadith teaches us that we should be generous with our wealth and not be miserly or selfish with it, as this will bring destruction upon ourselves. We should strive to use our wealth for good causes such as charity, helping those in need, or investing in something beneficial for society. This hadith also reminds us that we should always remember God when making decisions about how we use our money and resources so that He may reward us generously for it on the Day of Judgment.
