Be thankful when you are mentioned positively or remembered in any way; thank those who mention you positively or remember you; appreciate others efforts towards you; show gratitude towards Allah's blessings on you; express your feelings openly without fear of judgement .

This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's encounter with Ubayy b. Ka'b when he recited a verse from the Quran to him. The verse was "Those who disbelieve were not." which mentions Ubayy b. Ka'b by name and upon hearing this he shed tears of gratitude as it showed that Allah had remembered him specifically in His words. This hadith teaches us that we should be grateful when we are mentioned positively or even just remembered in any way as it shows that Allah has not forgotten us and still cares for us deeply despite our shortcomings or mistakes. We should also remember to thank those who mention us positively or remember us in any way as they have taken time out of their day to think of us and show appreciation towards us which is something we should always be thankful for no matter what situation we are in.
