Sahih Muslim 785a (Book 6, Hadith 261) #8986
The Perseverance of Allah

SUMMARY: Allah will never tire of doing good, but humans can tire of doing good deeds.

'Urwa b. Zubair reported that 'A'isha, the wife of the Messenger of Allah , told him that (once) Haula' dint Tawit b. Habib b. Asad b. 'Abd al-'Uzzi passed by her (at the time) when the Messenger of Allah was with her. I ('A'Isha) said: It Is Haula' bint Tawit and they say that she does not sleep at night. Upon this the Messenger of Allah said: (Oh) she does not sleep at night! Choose an act which you are capable of doing (continuously). By Allah, Allah would not grow weary, but you will grow weary.

QUICK LESSONS:
Persevere in your efforts to do what is right even when it gets difficult; remember that no matter how hard it may seem at times, if we keep trying then eventually our efforts will be rewarded by Allah in one way or another; have patience with yourself as well as others; dedicate yourself to do what is right even when it gets difficult; trust in God's plan for you and believe He won't ever give up on you no matter how hard things get.
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about how Allah will never tire or grow weary from doing good deeds and helping people, while humans can become tired and weary from performing good deeds. It is a reminder to us that we should not give up on our efforts to do what is right and just even if it becomes difficult for us to continue because we know that Allah will always be there for us and He will never get tired or give up on us. We should also remember that no matter how hard it may seem at times, if we keep trying then eventually our efforts will be rewarded by Allah in one way or another.
