Be devoted to prayer, Be consistent with your prayers, Be mindful and present during prayer.

This hadith teaches us that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was devoted to prayer and that he observed most of his voluntary prayers in a sitting position. This shows us how important it is to be consistent with our prayers, even if they are voluntary. It also teaches us the importance of being mindful and present during prayer, as the Prophet Muhammad was when he prayed in a sitting position. We can learn from this hadith that we should strive to be consistent with our prayers and make sure we are focused on them when we pray.
