QUICK LESSONS:
Pray respectfully with proper posture

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of prayer and proper posture when praying. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us that when we pray we should do so with reverence and respect. He demonstrated this by bowing in a standing or sitting position depending on how he was praying. This teaches us to be mindful of our posture while praying as it shows respect to Allah SWT. It also reminds us to take our time while praying and not rush through it as if it were just another task that needs to be done quickly. We should take the time to focus on what we are saying and really connect with Allah SWT during our prayers.
